1. Introduction

These terms of use, together with any documents and additional terms or policies that expressly incorporate these Terms of Use by reference (these "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of all content, functionality, features, and services (the "Services") available on or through, exclusively or non-exclusively, www.Stellar Coin.com and any other website, web application, or mobile application operated by Stellar Coin, defined below (collectively, the "Site"), (together with its affiliates, "Stellar Coin," "we," "us," or "our") and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "your").

2. Stellar Coin Ecosystem

You acknowledge and agree that Stellar Coin does not control, maintain, provide, or improve the decentralized protocol or any other implementation of another protocol that Stellar Coin initially developed (collectively, the "Stellar Coin Ecosystem") other than certain aspects of Stellar Coin. Stellar Coin does not control activity and data on the Stellar Coin Ecosystem, the activities of persons or entities who develop and use applications on the Stellar Coin Networks, the validation of transactions or other operations on the Stellar Coin, or any other uses of the Stellar Coin Ecosystem.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the operation of the blockchain-based software and protocols underlying the Stellar Coin Networks and do not have possession, custody, or control over any crypto-asset on the Stellar Coin Networks (other than crypto-assets that we hold for ourselves). We cannot and do not guarantee the functionality, security, or availability of the Stellar Coin Networks. There may be non-refundable gas fees associated with transactions on the Stellar Coin Network, and there are risks with using Stellar Coin as set forth in its documentation.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE Stellar Coin DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN FINANCIAL DECISIONS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PROFIT OR RETURN FROM USING THE Stellar Coin. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO SEEK INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE BEFORE MAKING ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ENGAGING IN TRANSACTIONS ON THE Stellar Coin NETWORKS.

3. Modifications to Terms of Use, Privacy, Additional Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The modified terms will become effective upon posting. By continuing to use the Services or the Site after the effective date of any modifications to these Terms of Use, you agree to be bound by the modified terms. You represent and warrant that you are not, and for the duration of the time you use Stellar Coin will not be: (a) the subject of economic or trade sanctions administered or enforced by any governmental authority or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties; or (b) a citizen or resident of, or organized in, a jurisdiction or territory that is the subject of comprehensive country-wide, territory-wide, or regional economic sanctions by the United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, or the United States, including without limitation Cuba, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, or Syria. If at any point the above is no longer true, then you must immediately cease using Stellar Coin.

5. Changes to the Services or the Site

We may modify or discontinue the Services or access to the Site at any time without notice to you.

6. Your Responsibilities

You will ensure that your use of the Services or the Site will not violate: (1) any of our policies that we have made available to you, including the Privacy Policy; (2) these Terms of Use; or (3) any applicable laws or regulations. You agree you will not violate the terms of any such separate license.
